WILPF Final Call for Proposals: Women's Power To Stop War

Women's Power to Stop War is not just about WILPF, but rather about connecting the work of all women peacemakers around the world. For that reason we are inviting YOU to organise a break-out session at our International Conference, to showcase your organisation, work, and how you contribute to Women's Power to Stop War.

If you're looking for the opportunity to talk to an engaged audience on your work in peacemaking, this is the perfect place for you.

What do you need to know?

One standard break-out session is 45 minutes. If you are looking for more or less time please indicate below.

The topic of your session can cover just about anything related to peacemaking, from sexual violence and the environment, to xenophobia, multilateralism, gender politics and much much more. Have a look at our Programme page to explore some themes of the Conference, but convince us in your application why your issue is relevant and we'll do our best to include it in the programme.

The format of your session can take just about any shape you can think of, from interactive workshops to lectures to roundtable discussions, debates or games, so be creative!

After taking in so many of your submissions over the last few months, we have now set the final deadline for submission on September 30th. Please make sure to make your submissions before that time so we can treat all submissions on an equal basis

SESSION FEE: 300 EURO

The session fee does not include speaker registration costs. Please register each of your speakers individually through our Speakers Registration Page.

The session fee also does not include your travel, accommodation or per diems, so please make sure to budget accordingly!
Please note we cannot guarantee a spot for all of our partners as Conference space is limited.
